It's important to keep in mind what is being attempted here and the nature
of this attempt.
Any reasonably substantial body of information is going to need to be
organised in some way and, indeed, there are almost always many ways it
could be done.
Combining this truth with the idea that the information is being collected
interactively and from multiple participants and the organisation task
becomes more complex.
Using a wiki does not, of itself, solve the problem of organisation - it
simply allows you to gather the information in collaborative way.
Reading through the EWT stuff you have been putting in, a thought occurred
to me that the main part of the information is laid out in a single page and
designed to be read from top to bottom.
Now...
1. Is this the true nature of the information - ie. that it must be read
sequentially for it to make sense?
2. This way, there is no possibility of linking from another topic into a
particular part of the text.
An alternative might be to make each paragraph a separate, much smaller,
topic and then a further topic that presents links to these smaller topics
in the required order with a recommendation that readers new to the subject
might like to read these topics in that order. This way it would still be
possible to reference some of these individuals pieces of text from other
parts of the site (or perhaps, in future, other sites...)
Of course, there must be many other possibilities...

The psychology wiki is progressing. But one thing I have found is that you
need to get the eventual structure clear in you head before you start.
Reordering even fairly limited amounts of material would be a nightmare. The
structure sits inside the pages so you can't get an over view and consequent
control. Do you see what I mean?
