Sources of Stress

 

1. Are all occupations likely to be equally stressful? If not what types of job might produce most stress?
2. Who would normally be most stressed: a manager or a production line worker?
3. Examine your own experience of work for evidence of the factors discussed above (e.g. excessive workload, role conflict and role ambiguity, etc.). Did they make for a stressful work environment?
