Activity 1: Stress

 

 

  1. Imagine you had a boss who you felt placed impossible demands on you. How would you feel and what methods could you use to cope? Compare your reactions to others.
  2. Discuss whether all stress is necessarily bad. Would you perform as well in an examination if you felt no stress at all?
  3. Think of as many different sources of stress as you can.
  4. Try to think of ways in which they could be classified or grouped together (for example family, work, etc.). Are there any patterns that emerge?
